September Update
I hope everybody is settled in with the new school year!
The SBP Board submitted the charter petition to the Santa Clara County Office of Education on September 27th. The SCCOE will hold a public hearing on October 18th .

The County Board members want to see how much support there is for South Bay Prep – your presence at this meeting will show them that there are people that want this choice for their community and their children!
The SCCOE Board will make a decision within 60 days of receiving the petition, sometime in November. (Likely at the county’s regularly scheduled board meeting on November 15th). Mark your calendars for those dates and we will let you know if they change!
